Terms of Service
Effective July 15, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Ignite CFO Group covering your use of the Embrly app and websites. By creating an account you accept them.
The service
Embrly helps salon teams plan weekly content themes, capture before-and-after photos, generate captions, share to the stylist’s own social accounts, and maintain a public portfolio page. Embrly is currently offered in a closed beta: features may change, and the service is provided as-is while in beta.
Accounts & eligibility
- You must be at least 16 and provide accurate information.
- You’re responsible for activity under your account. Keep your email secure — it’s your sign-in.
- Salon owners are responsible for who they invite to their team.
Your content
- You own your content. Photos, captions, and portfolio material you create remain yours, and they stay with you if you leave a salon. You grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the service — including showing shared posts to your team and your published portfolio to the public.
- Client photos are your responsibility. Before sharing or publishing a photo of a client, you must have their permission. The in-app consent record helps you document it, but obtaining valid consent is on you and your salon.
- Don’t upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you don’t have rights to use.
AI captions
Generated captions are suggestions. Review and edit before posting — you’re responsible for what you publish. Caption generation is subject to a fair-use monthly limit per person.
Social platforms
Posts are shared from your device to your own accounts. Embrly is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Instagram or Meta, and your use of those platforms is governed by their terms.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service: no attempting to access other users’ private data, no scraping, no interfering with the service’s operation, and no using it to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that do.
Termination
You can delete your account anytime in Settings. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ignite CFO Group will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenue, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Ignite CFO Group is organized.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in the app or by email, and continued use means acceptance. Questions: hello@embrly.app.
