Delete Your Data

You can permanently delete your Embrly account and data at any time.

In the app

• Open Embrly and tap the ⚙️ settings icon on the home screen.
• Tap Delete account and confirm.

On the web

• Sign in at embrly.app/signin.
• Go to Settings, open Delete account, and type DELETE to confirm.

Either route immediately and permanently deletes your account, captures (photos), posts, consent records, voice samples, portfolio page, and notification history. If you own a salon that still has team members, you’ll be asked to remove them or transfer the salon first.

By email

If you can’t sign in at all, email privacy@embrly.app from the address on your account with the subject “Account deletion request.” We’ll verify it’s you and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What happens to your data

• Deletion is immediate in our live systems.
• Residual copies age out of encrypted backups within 30 days.
• Posts you already published to your own social accounts (e.g. Instagram) are outside Embrly and are not affected — manage those in the social app.
