Your school’s invite code is what puts “Student at your school” on their page. It can’t be typed in, so a salon can trust it.

Salons on a paid Embrly plan can ask to connect. Students choose what an accepted salon sees (email, phone, socials), and there’s no messaging inside Embrly at all.

Your school works the way a salon does on Embrly: a page, a roster, invite codes and a weekly theme. We set your school up by hand, so every school on Embrly is real.

One public page with your students’ best consented work, filterable by technique. Hiring salons browse schools by city and land here.
Weekly themes and Class Wins
Set a weekly theme (“foils week”, “finish and style”) and watch the class post to it. Instructors join free and can run themes and invite students.
An overview, not surveillance
Participation, looks shared and page views across the class. You never see a student’s unshared photos, anything without client consent, or which salons are asking for whom.

Placement is the number accreditors ask for and the hardest one to collect. On Embrly, much of it records itself.
Verified placements
When a graduate joins a salon on Embrly within six months, it’s recorded automatically. Graduates hired elsewhere can report it in the app.

Graduates, placed, rate and median days to placement for any period, plus your current students by expected graduation.

Names only with consent
You see totals by default. A graduate appears by name only if they choose to share their placement with you.

Built for adult students
18 and over
The student program is for students 18 and older. Each student confirms it when they join with your code.
Client consent, always
A client’s photo can’t be shown anywhere on Embrly without their consent on record. That includes your school page.
No messaging
Salons can only ask to connect, and students decide what they share. Nobody can message anyone through Embrly.
Bring Embrly to your school
Schools are free, and so are instructors. Students join with your code at a student rate of $9.99 a month; some partner schools cover it for their students. Tell us about your school and we’ll set it up with you.
