Ask Embrly is a question box inside the app. It has two modes, and you switch between them at the top of the screen.

Using Embrly
Ask anything about the app — "how do I get on Discover", "what does the Regular gem take", "how do seats work" — and you get a short answer drawn only from this help center, with a link to the article it came from. If the help center doesn't cover it, it says so and points you to hello@embrly.app rather than guessing.
Behind the chair
A second brain for the moments school covered and the day has crowded out: which developer for two levels of lift, what tones cancel brassy yellow, which iron suits a silk press. Answers are guidance, not a formula. Always follow your product line's mixing ratios and timing, and strand and patch test — the assistant will say so too.
Limits
Each account gets a monthly allowance of questions, shown under the input box, separate from your AI caption assists. It resets on the 1st. Short follow-ups count as questions too.
What's logged
The questions you ask are kept so the team can see what the help center is missing and write the article. They are never shown to other users or to your salon.
